At BellaBloom Cosmetics, customer satisfaction is important to us. Due to the hygienic nature of cosmetic products, we only accept returns under the conditions mentioned below.
Returns
You may request a return within 48 hours of receiving your order if:
- You received a damaged or defective product.
- You received the wrong product.
- The product was leaking or damaged during transit.
- The product was expired upon delivery.

- Clear photos of the product
- Photos of the outer packaging
- A brief description of the issue
Return Conditions
To be eligible for a return:
- The product must be unused and in its original packaging.
- All seals, labels, and accessories must be intact.
- The return request must be submitted within 48 hours of delivery.
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns for:
- Opened or used cosmetic products
- Shade or colour preference
- Change of mind
- Products damaged due to misuse
- Sale or clearance items
- Gift cards
Refunds
Once your returned product is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval status.
If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
Please note that your bank or payment provider may take additional time to process the refund.
Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges.
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. After verification, we will arrange a replacement or refund where applicable.
